The AS 12/2 is a high-power, passive two-way system, designed for professional portable applications and installations demanding the ultimate in sound performance from a single enclosure. With an 100°H x 50°V coverage pattern, it combines very high output capability with excellent sound performance and impact.
It features a powerful 12”/3” (75mm) voice coil low frequency drive unit, and a 1” (25mm) exit HF compression driver with a 1.75” voice coil for extended high frequency response.
An advanced passive crossover, with PTC driver protection, matches the components working perfectly together and allows full-range application without additional electronics.
In combination with Solton subwoofers like SB 15N or HD 181 Sub it makes simple and very powerful, compact and budget-efficient systems for mobile and installed applications.
